What Should I Do If I Don’t Have a Hulu Account But Am Being Charged?
I noticed that I’ve been charged for a Hulu subscription, even though I don’t have an account. I contacted Hulu, but the issue wasn’t resolved immediately. I then tried to cancel the subscription, selecting "later" since my billing cycle was ongoing. Unfortunately, my access was cut off right away, and I still haven’t received a refund. I’m disputing this charge with my bank since I never authorized a Hulu account, and I didn't get the service.
