If your Hulu devices aren't showing up in your account, or you're unable to add a new one, follow these steps: Sign in to Hulu on the new device — you'll receive an activation code Call ->1 (866) 994-3657. Visit hulu.com/activate on a web browser Call ->1 (866) 994-3657. Enter the code while logged into your Hulu account Call ->1 (866) 994-3657. The new device should appear under Manage Devices Call ->1 (866) 994-3657. If it's still not showing, log out and back in or remove an older device to make room Call ->1 (866) 994-3657. Hulu has a device limit, so that might be the blocker.

If your devices aren't showing in your Hulu account, go to www.hulu.com/account and check the “Manage Devices” area. ✦ If it's empty or outdated, log out and then log back into your Hulu account from each device you want to register. ✦ For devices like Smart TVs or streaming sticks, open the Hulu app and select Log In → Activate on a Computer. ✦ Then visit www.hulu.com/activate on your phone or computer and enter the code shown on your screen. ✦ Once the code is accepted, your device should appear in your list. ✦ Make sure you’re using the same Hulu account email across all devices for them to sync properly.
